About Roger Daub
Hi, I’m Roger, and I’ve spent more than 25 years building, leading, and delivering some of the most challenging construction projects across the commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, and mission-critical sectors. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped bring over $2.1 billion in projects to life, working across private, public, and federal markets.
I’m passionate about building great teams and even better outcomes. Whether it’s a hospital upgrade, a new data center, or an energy efficiency project, I believe success always comes down to disciplined planning, clear communication, and strong leadership in the field. I specialize in Construction Management (CM, CM-A, CMaR), General Contracting, Design-Build, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) — and I’m especially focused on projects involving on-site power generation, infrastructure upgrades, and complex energy solutions.
Today, I work as a Fractional Executive, helping AEC companies strengthen their business development, estimating, preconstruction, and procurement processes. I stay close to the work, spending a lot of time on-site coaching and mentoring teams, ensuring projects stay organized, on track, and moving toward success.
Before putting on a hard hat, I served in the elite US Army Rangers and US Army Special Operations. Those years taught me the importance of discipline, adaptability, and leading under pressure — skills that continue to shape how I show up for every team and every project.
I now call Colorado home, and I’m grateful to continue serving others by building stronger teams, smarter projects, and better outcomes.
As the Chief of Staff and Chief Strategy Officer of a rapidly expanding and highly skilled Construction Implementation and Service Company, I was tasked with the pivotal role of steering our organization towards unprecedented growth and innovation. My days were a blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership, during which I aligned our company's vision with actionable roadmaps, ensuring that every project not only met but exceeded our high standards of excellence.
My role required a deep understanding of the construction industry’s evolving landscape, which enabled me to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. I worked closely with a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence while also maintaining a keen focus on sustainability and community impact.
